Holiday Helper 2024

An AI-powered shopping assistant designed to make holiday gifting easier. I led the UX and creative direction for Irvine Company Retail Properties’ first AI-driven digital experience. The mobile web app helped shoppers find personalized gift recommendations and store promotions, delivering a seamless bridge between online discovery and in-person shopping. The launch was supported by a campaign video optimized for social, web, and email.

Building on the success of the first launch, I led a refined version of Holiday Helper with an elegant, streamlined interface and smarter AI recommendations. This iteration focused on improved personalization, faster search, and a more cohesive visual design that elevated Irvine Company’s premium retail brand.
